When I download this a app I think this was a developer app where you can create amazing things but now I know that’s only videos, news, and others things, is only information. This is not an app for create things like, games, utilities, etc. is just a big document of information. I don’t recommend this app if are searching an app where you can create, 🫤 post; maybe change the name to “apple develop information” the original is confusing.

i can’t even enroll into the program without getting an error telling me my enrollment couldn’t be completed at this time.

I installed Apple Developer App and try to log in. I choose “Use Different Account” and after that try to enter my email address, but nothing happens. This input form just doesn’t work!

It really helped me going into the Apple Developer’s program!! Great interface, trustable tools for IOS computing and sources for beginners- advanced software devs. What I loved the most is that there’s always something new to look up for on there!! Very great app overalls.

I don't understand why the video player needs to be contained into a narrow column. Giving an option to scale to window size would be great. Currently all that empty wasted space on each side is forcing me to use full screen, as the default size is simply not usable. Even picture in picture is better options for sizing, but of course for some reason that does not contain any controls apart from play / pause. This oversimplification of interface is ridiculous, despite what you may think, the user is not stupid and can probably understand a few extra buttons on screen. Talk about the accessibility by the way huh.

Credit card changed so did not automatically renew for Apple developer. I go online to try to do that, but it tells me I need to use this app. I sign into the app, there is no button to renew. It just says it’s active through January 13. It’s January 21. No options available.

i have a standard drivers license and can’t verify my identity. this is a crazy process from apple and very frustrating. make your app and processes work please.

I have an M1 chip, on 15.1.1 and just downloaded the app because that’s how you enroll in the developer program now I guess. For identity verification you get either Passport or “other government ID” and both options open up an interface for the camera to scan, but crashes before the camera can load up. It has access to the camera via permissions. This is a blocking bug.

Exciting & Stimulating.

Now I know I’m a kid but I am 13 so I’m a teenager so I don’t know if that has anything to do with my problems. So I was thinking about making a game and I wanted to give it a shot, I started to look up what apps were good to use for iPad iOS and I came across this thinking, it’s free and looks cool I’ll give it a go, so here I am getting this app and I’m all excited to learn how to make a simple game. I read the reviews and looked at everything but I go through the app login and everything then when I get in I find out I can’t make games it was all just documents, articles, and videos on how but nothing on doing it. Overall it is plain boring and I don’t recommend.🫤

With this app I was able to access and learn more about the process of creating a new app and playground app is also amazing!!! Thank goodness for this new platform that facilitates learning from the ground up to a more open and honest way of sharing knowledge and understanding about our students and staff and the challenges that come along the road…

Why do I have to use a separate app for development? This is all weird and the UI for verification never works, provides no feed, and is terrible.

The content shown within the app is very very very against user experience. I don't know who made this UI, but at least please just give us the link to the webpage for the video and code, please. The presentation of the content makes it very inefficient to use.

When trying to upload the back of my id the camera from my iPhone 15 doesn’t capture a clear enough image of the small print that’s on the back for the app to accept. I’ve tried at least 30 times and the back always is not clear enough.

I’ve tried to enroll in developer app using my drivers license on 2 separate occasions. I even went and got a new license to ensure it wasn’t the issue. Always tells me unable to verify….. Why not use id me or using my apple sign in authentication using face scan, password,….. I can make purchases but can’t be verified for developer? Beginning to suspect issue with app

I don't know what algorithm you're using to perform this verification, but there's absolutely no feedback on wy it failed. I've spent 30 minutes trying to get verified and it keeps failing. I actually WANT to give you my 100/year but you won't let me. This is very frustrating!

Won’t let me sign in with correct credentials. I try to reset password and get an error. So this app is useless.

I mean, it is a good application, just does not have much in it. 1. I need ability to create custom playlists. 2. Ability to select multiple videos and download all videos related to visionOS for example from WWDC24. I am sorry, not all of us have great wifi all the time, sometimes you are in the good spot, and try to download all the videos you will need while traveling. Doing it video by video is a lot of work. 3. And I also hate the whole idea that we have to watch videos (which don't have a LOT of technical information), while Apple documentation is as minimal as possible, does not have much more information than names of the functions and parameters.

A week after the WWDC24 keynote, app was still showing “only one week away!”. Updated the app, it’s showing multiple videos for WWDC24 but none of the videos are playable. When you pull them up, there’s a play symbol with a line over it and they don’t play. Do I have to pay $98 to view any of the videos??

I don’t like this app because it only lets certain iPhones to update you need to change it to every iPhone.😡

Unable to watch videos on the app, i have to open youtube or the website to actually do anything. Kinda a waste of time.
