Ive logged in multiple times in the app with my Apple Developer account to start favoriting events and sessions which works, but it seems like every time I launch the app I have to sign in again... [Edit] still seems to happen after the latest updates

After the bug fix this app works amazingly, and I cant wait for WWDC 16.

Implementing Peek & Pop in the Schedules list view to quickly preview sessions would be helpful. Please add 3D Touch! Thanks!

Subject says it all. Also, after sign in from news, news doesnt show up. Have to tab out and back.

Schedule showed up as unavailable every time

What the heck??? Says it needs to update when launched. but when I go to the app store it says its at the latest version / click to open?!?!

I didnt have any problems with the app, (iPhone 6 Plus) if youre getting logged out each time you start the app then uncheck "log out on next launch" in general settings for WWDC. Hope that helps.

On startup it notified me that I needed an update. Deleting the app and reinstalling it results in e same problem

Clicking watch live for a current session works fine my on iPhone, but does nothing on my iPad.

This app is completely unreadable and stupid. Dont waste your phone storage on this app. How can people understand this? They cant!

As an attendee of WWDC, this app was just OK. Please think more about the experience from an attendees perspective. Many of us come from different timezones. It took a while (until after keynote address, when the final schedule was revealed) for the app to update session times after arriving in SF. Probably too much caching. Also, for the love of dub dub please provide a simple way to see each day at a time. A giant list of a million sessions is not very helpful. The Now button is nice but not good enough for quickly seeing what is coming up later in the current day. The filters are fine but why not filter by day?

The calendar-like UI for the session schedule is generally good on the iPad (unlike in the iPhone version, where only a list view is available). However this app doesnt support playback speedup for recorded sessions. This is a serious failing for a lecture-viewing app.

The colors in the interface are inverted. White text on black background. Ugly and illegible. Why?

2016: so there we have it again... Apple forcing down the latest of ios with the latest of this broken app. We are one year later, and stop/start is still broken (sometimes cannot stop a video). And yes, it is still possible to have multiple videos playing at the same time, resulting in all the sound tracks overlaid (I got 3 to play at the same time, WITHOUT TRYING). Got to the point where some videos are now impossible to delete from device (or ui is unable to recognize they are no longer there)... what a mess! 2015: so much for the brilliant architecture showcased in one of the wwdc videos... this app is truly a shame which crashes for so many reasons and has poor usability. E.g.: what kind of a designer whould not let users filter by the fact that a video is downloaded on the device or not, or lose its state so regularly(did u watch the state restoration sessions?)... seriously, a bit less on stage parading and a bit more real coding... It is impossible for this app to have been tested (beyond ok, play, stop, close- job done): it systematically plays 2 videos (image playing once, but soundtracks overlayed) when terminating playback a certain specific way and starting a second video (the reason is even explained in one of the recent tvOS videos). This is actually not the only way to get 2 or 3 videos playing at the same time. The only way to stop that nonsense is to kill the app, and then good luck searching around to figure which one was last playing. there are plenty of sessions you might want to watch on how to handle errors in the network layers... problems during downloads lead to frozen controls: cannot pause, cannot cancel, cannot delete - have to kill the app then try to delete the faulty download again. In the more extreme situations, i ran into the UI reporting a partial download, killing the app and the download and restarting it led to the UI saying there was already a file by that name. And that problem can only truly be fixed by deleting/reinstalling the app. I think what this shows is that the brilliant new design is either a really bad idea or that it is too complicated for the people who implemented this app. In all cases, this is truly an insult to professional programming. PS: these problems have been around for months... and as usual nobody is doing anything about them... and you guys want to write the software for a car??

Thank you for videos being available now and for remembering my Favorites. Whew! The Remove Downloaded Video button doesnt work (and didnt work in previous version). I have to delete the app to reclaim memory. :-(

Apple needs to work on word recognition, and spelling. When you are using the microphone to talk to text or send an email, it does not recognize some of the words that you are saying and therefore miss spells them. For example back, BECK. It always spells back, which does not sound anything like, BECK. A lot of times when you say the word mom, it spells Bob. The other problem that I run into is that it puts the cursor in front of the letter for some unknown reason. I also wish the microphone would not stop working before you are done talking. I do not understand that. Thank you for reading my review.

Please include controls to toggle the speed of video playback in future versions. Examples: .5x 1x 1.5x and 2x
